Transfer Credits

You may use credits with grades of D or better that transferred from an accredited institution toward graduation. Transfer credits may satisfy general education requirements, prerequisites for other classes, and/or requirements in a major. Grades of D- and F will transfer as part of your academic record and will count towards your combined GPA, but do not fulfill requirements

Direct any questions about the transfer of your credits to the Office of Admissions and Recruitment, Welcome Center, 2108 Fourth Ave.

If you earn the last credits toward your degree at another college or university, have an official transcript of these credits sent to the Office of the Registrar, UW-Stevens Point, 1108 Fremont Street, Stevens Point WI 54481-3897, within 30 days after the date of the UW-Stevens Point graduation. If you fail to meet this deadline, your degree will not be awarded until the next graduation term.
