Description:
Develop proficiency to plan, conduct and assess complex operations; function as member of Army command and staff team. Teach, coach, mentor fellow cadets. Explore Army training management, methods of effective staff collaboration, and developmental counseling techniques. Physical training and leadership lab.

Prerequisites:
MSL 302 or cons chair.

2 hrs lec, 5 hrs lab per wk.
