Description:
Skills for teaching reading in content areas, related research, strategies for teaching comprehension, study skills, and critical thinking; procedures for curriculum and program development for teachers and reading specialists.

Prerequisites:
EDUC 309 or EDUC 386/EDUC 586 or ENGL 381.

You must be admitted to the relevant Professional Education Program (PEP) area before you can enroll in the course.
