GEOG 445 - GIS Environmental Modeling and Management Techniques Description: GIS modeling techniques for natural resource managers and environmental scientists. GIS algorithms for recreational management, conservation, habitat suitability, watershed delineation, environmental pollution, land use planning, and natural disasters. 2 hrs lec, 2 hrs lab. Available for graduate credit as GEOG 645 .
Prerequisites: Both GEOG 341 and GEOG 343 , or Instructor Consent. Recommended: GEOG 377 and GEOG 477
