NRES 488 - Land Use Plan Implementation

Description:
Legal, social, and natural resource considerations in creation and enforcement of zoning, subdivision, and related land use regulations. Also ordinances to control junk, billboards, nonconforming uses and structures, and adult businesses. Available for graduate credit as NRES 688 .

Prerequisites:
Either NRES 389  or GEOG 330 , or Instructor Consent

Typically Offered on the Main Campus:
Spring Only
