POLI 388 - International Law Description: Public international law concerning legal relationships between states in the international system. Study basics of international legal system including sources of law, state sovereignty issues, dispute resolution between states and other entities, laws governing international organizations, basic human rights law, laws regulating use of force.
Prerequisites: Either POLI 160 or POLI 180
