CNMT 410 - Professional IT Communication Description: Examine methods of audience analysis and strategies to shape effective oral and written communication related to the field of information technology. Topics include career positioning, system documentation, Email etiquette and format, workplace ethics, social networking behavior, basic research practices, oral presentation skills, individual and group nonverbal communication in the workplace.
Prerequisites: COMM 101 and either ENGL 202 or ENGL 150 , and junior standing
