BUS 336 - Professional Selling Description: The principles and techniques of professional selling and relationship marketing are the main topics of this course. Personal communication theory will be used, along with a variety of personal and direct sales strategies, psychology, and other factors. To assist students in understanding and using the sales process model, role-plays and presentations will be used.
Prerequisites: BUS 330
