BUS 360 - Principles of Production-Operations Management


Description:
Use quantitative management science techniques such as facility layout, process planning, work measurement, inventory control, scheduling, quality control, forecasting, linear programming (LP), just in time (JIT), and statistical process control (SPC) to solve operational problems. For Sentry School majors.

Prerequisites:
Either MATH 354  or MATH 255 , and one of the following: MATH 109 , MATH 111 , or MATH 225
