CHEM 375 - Solid State Chemistry Description: Introduction to materials including metals, alloys, ceramics, glasses, polymers, semiconductors, and composites; discussions on how the structure of a material relates to its chemical, mechanical, electrical, magnetic, and optical properties. 3 hrs lec, 3 hrs lab per wk.
