BUS 358 - Managing Budgets


Description:
Emphasis on budgets and how they are used in organizational settings including the uses and functions of master budgets, operating budgets, sales, production, and cost of goods sold budgets, cash budgets, and cost accounting. You will also learn to use software applications for the budgeting process. Available for graduate credit as BUS 558 .
