BIOL 382 - Endocrinology of Mammals Description: Anatomy and physiology of major endocrine glands, primarily in mammals; hormonal control systems; biosynthesis, transport, and molecular actions of hormones; common endocrine diseases; current laboratory assay methods; current advances in hormone research. Guest lecturers. Available for graduate credit as BIOL 582 .
Prerequisites: Either BIOL 381 or BIOL 385 , or Instructor Consent
