BUS 327 - Managing Global Organizations Description: General concepts, techniques, and practices related to managing global organizations. Challenges, rewards, risks, and consequences of managing in diverse countries are discussed. Various cultural theories are studied. Particular emphasis is placed on the comparison of Western cultural influences to non-Western cultural influences on accepted business practices.
Prerequisites: Either BUS 320 or BUS 325
