CHEM 106 - Fundamental Chemistry Description: Continuation of CHEM 105 covering (i) Phases of Matter and IMFs; (ii) Solutions & Colligative Properties; (iii) Chemical Kinetics; (iv) Chemical Equilibrium; (v) Acids & Bases; (vi) Aqueous Equilibrium, Titrations, and Ksp; (vii) Thermodynamics; (viii) Electrochemistry. 3 hrs lec, 1 hr disc, 3 hrs lab per wk.
Prerequisites: Either CHEM 105 with a grade of C- or better or placement into CHEM 106, and completion of MATH 107 or suitable math placement test score.
