PHYS 275 - Modern Perspectives of Physics Description: An algebra-based introduction to special relativity, quantum and atomic physics, nuclear physics, and applications of quantum physics to the modern world. Intended for students planning to teach physics at the secondary level. Does not satisfy requirements for the physics major or minor. You may not take both PHYS 275 and PHYS 300 for credit.
Prerequisites: Either PHYS 204 or PHYS 250 , or Instructor Consent
