UWX EN098 - Introduction to College Writing

Description:
Focus on the conventions of academic writing, the composing process, critical thinking, and critical reading. Emphasis will be on reading and writing activities designed to prepare you for successful transition to college-level writing. (Not for college credit). May not earn credit in both UWX EN098 and ENGL 98.

Prerequisites:
You may be advised to take this course. At many institutions, completion with a C or better (i.e., not C-) is required to enroll in English courses for college credit.
