This major is administered by the Department of Physics and Astronomy .
Through an affiliation agreement with UW-Milwaukee (UWM), we offer a special dual-degree option for the Physics Major, B.S. program at UW-Stevens Point (UWSP). The affiliation agreement makes it possible for you to earn both a Bachelor of Science degree with a physics major from UWSP and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree with an engineering major from UWM in a total time of five years for both degrees, with approximately three years (roughly 90-95 credits) at UWSP and then approximately two years (roughly 60 credits) at UWM. UWM offers engineering majors in Biomedical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Industrial, Materials, and Mechanical Engineering.
