Early Childhood Undergraduate Certificate

The Early Childhood Certificate consists of coursework as well as practicum experiences in community and/or school early childhood settings. The course work focuses on infant and childhood development, instructional methodologies, curriculum, and home, school, and community engagement. This certificate program is designed for students interested in obtaining training in early childhood without obtaining state teacher licensure.

 

The Early Childhood Certificate is administered by the School of Education  Advising, Recruitment and Retention Office, Room 469 College of Professional Studies.

This certificate may also be taken at the graduate level (LINK TO GRAD LEVEL CERT ONCE APPROVED).

Required, 14 credits
