This major is administered by the Department of Psychology .

The B.S. in Organizational Leadership is open to all students. The program requires completion of at least 120 credit hours, and up to 72 credits may be awarded for coursework previously completed for the Applied Associate degree. If enrolled in this program, you will also be required to complete the General Education Program (GEP) requirements . Many of the courses required for the B.S. in Organizational Leadership will also satisfy GEP requirements.

The B.S. in Organizational Leadership consists of 34 credits as follows:

Social Science, 9 credits:

POLI 101 - American Politics 3 cr.
PSYC 110 - Introduction to Psychology 3 cr.
SOC 101 - Introduction to Sociology 3 cr.

Leadership/Project Management, 9 credits:

BUS 322 - Business Leadership for Managers 3 cr.
BUS 325 - Organizational Behavior 3 cr.
BUS 329 - Project Management 3 cr.

Ethics, at least 3 credits from:

BUS 390 - Ethics in Business 3 cr.
PHIL 302 - Ethics and Medicine 3 cr.
SOC 263 - Ethical Practice in the Helping Professions 3 cr. or
SW 263 - Ethical Practice in the Helping Professions 3 cr.
