Program Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the Master of Business Administration degree, you will be able to:
- Developing and Enhancing Applied Leadership Skills - Communicate professionally. You will be able to demonstrate professionalism, self-awareness and deliver effective oral and written reports and presentations
- Conduct Data Analysis - Collect, manage, and analyze data and use insights gained to influence business decisions and goals
- Integrate Financial Analysis - Integrate quantitative and qualitative analyses to recommend financial decisions
- Lead People, Projects, and Organizations - Influence individuals, teams, and organizations to achieve goals and manage change
- Influence Marketing Strategy and Initiatives - Apply marketing principles and tools to make sound marketing recommendations and decisions
- Identifying Regional Business Opportunities and Conduct Economic Analysis - Analyze regional economic indicators and use insights gained to influence business decisions and goals
- Facilitate Economic Development - Analyze regional economic development initiatives and influence business decisions and goals
- Influence Regional Strategy and Initiatives - Integrate finance, marketing, data analysis, leadership, and communication skills to influence strategy
Consists of 36 credits: 24 credits of required core classes, 9 credits of elective, research, or internship credits, and 3 professional development credits.
