Organizational Leadership, BS

This major is administered by the Department of Organizational Leadership within the School of Behavioral and Social Sciences .
The Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Organizational Leadership trains leaders to apply theory and evidence-based research to promote, strengthen, and change community and organizational networks.
Program Learning Outcomes
As a graduate of the Organizational Leadership program, you will be able to:
- Describe the importance of social science to organizational leadership
- Apply knowledge of business practices to leadership and management
- Explain the importance of behaving professionally and ethically
- Utilize mathematical and communication skills in both writing and speech
The BS in Organizational Leadership is open to all students. The program requires completion of at least 120 credit hours, and up to 72 credits may be awarded for coursework previously completed for the Applied Associate degree. If enrolled in this program, you will also be required to complete the General Education Program (GEP) requirements . Many of the courses required for the BS in Organizational Leadership will also satisfy GEP requirements.
Note: Required courses marked ** below have Math prerequisites. Depending on your placement score, additional courses may be required.
