The Master of Education is designed for individuals with a bachelor’s degree who want to expand their expertise in the field of education. This fully online, 30-credit program can be completed in as little as two years and offers a high level of flexibility.

Students may choose to:

Focus on Sustainability or General Education
Earn a certificate in Trauma and Resilience or Equity and Inclusion in Education
Use elective credits to pursue an add-on teaching license in areas such as Adapted Physical Education, Cross-Categorical Special Education, Early Childhood Special Education, English as a Second Language, Family and Consumer Sciences, Health Education, Gifted and Talented Education, Reading Teacher, or Reading Specialist.

Licensure in these areas can be completed concurrently with the program, subject to additional requirements set by the Department of Public Instruction.
