The Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Organizational Leadership trains leaders to apply theory and evidence-based research to promote, strengthen, and change community and organizational networks.
The BS in Organizational Leadership is open to all students. The program requires completion of at least 120 credit hours, and up to 72 credits may be awarded for coursework previously completed for the Applied Associate degree. If enrolled in this program, you will also be required to complete the General Education Program (GEP) requirements. Many of the courses required for the BS in Organizational Leadership will also satisfy GEP requirements.
