Theoretical and applied aspects of research design, data analysis, and interpretation. Student teams conduct, analyze, and present an applied research project in food and nutrition. Poster presentation of research to public expected.

Prerequisites:
FN 347 or SFN major; FN 393 ; MATH 355 or PSYC 300 .
