Artificial Intelligence Major (BS)

1. Courses taken pass/fail do not count for the major.

2. You may petition the department chair to accept coursework done at other institutions, but no more than one-half of the credits applied to your major may be earned outside UW-Stevens Point.

3. To maintain admitted status, you must maintain a GPA of at least 2.5 in all courses taken at UW-Stevens Point that count for the Artificial Intelligence major.

4. If you are not admitted to the Artificial Intelligence major, the only department courses for which you will be allowed to register are those required to complete a minor or certificate in the department.

5. Admission to department classes may be limited in any semester and may be determined in part by your Artificial Intelligence GPA.

6. The department chair may allow exceptions to these standards.
