Introduction to the discipline of literary studies through its fundamental approaches to reading, interpreting, and writing about a variety of texts, ranging from the classic to the contemporary with the goal of understanding, appreciating, and enjoying literature. May not earn credit in both UWX EN250 and ENGL 200.

Either UWX EN098 or ENGL 98, or Instructor Consent
