HSW 655 - Scientific Principles of Strength, Conditioning and Exercise Technique Description: Overview of the anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, bioenergetics, and psychology profiles of different athlete groups. Hands-on instruction of strength and conditioning exercises and coaching models, including the utility and application of biomechanical concepts in teaching exercise progression from novice to complex movements. Available for undergraduate credit as HSW 455 .
