CHEM 382 - Fundamentals of Atmospheric and Air Pollution Chemistry Description: Introduction to the chemistry of the Earth’s atmosphere and an overview of the chemical and physical processes (natural and anthropogenic) that determine the chemical composition of the atmosphere at local, regional, and global scales. Tropospheric air pollution, stratospheric ozone depletion, and regulatory control strategies and challenges will be discussed. Available for graduate credit as CHEM 582 .
Prerequisites: CHEM 106
