Pre-Engineering, AS

This program is administered by the Department of Physics and Astronomy  in the School of Mathematics, Computing, Physics, and Astronomy .

General Degree Requirements

1. You must complete a minimum of 61 credits to receive the AS. At least 15 of the credits must be earned at the institution’s three campuses.
2. You must have a grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 earned cumulatively at the institution’s three campuses, and a 2.0 overall GPA in credits applied to the AS.
3. The Associate Degree (AD) general education requirements  must be fulfilled. Some of those requirements will be fulfilled by courses required for this degree.

Note: Required courses marked ** below have Math prerequisites. Depending on your placement score, additional courses may be required.
